Running 'lineparser.pl' as a CGI script would be silly.

What I do is split up the OUTPUT of the nightly cron run of 'lineparser'
into one file for each username, and keep their call logs basically
forever.

Thus it takes ZERO processing for a user to get their own information,
and works for any number of customers and portmasters.
