ISDN Disconnections...

Hello,

I've got an ISDN customer who uses a Motorola Bitsurfer and Windows NT
4.0 Server. His machine disconnects from our Portmaster 2E30 for no
apparent reason (every 12-24 hours). This is a 'show' on the port he's
connected to:

Status: ESTABLISHED
Input: 259562409 Abort Errors: 20
Output: 207854190 CRC Errors: 0
Pending: 0 Overrun Errors: 2
TX Errors: 0 Frame Errors: 9
Modem Status: DCD+ CTS+ TELCO+ NT1+ Disconnect:

Perhaps one of the Abort, Overrun, or Fram Errors is a clue?

Could I have something on my portmaster set up incorrectly or is it more
likely something he's doing, or the telco?

I'd appreciate any input.

Thanks,

Steve
