Lost accounting records

Sometimes our PM3 (ComOS 3.5c2) never sends a logout record for a
certain port. For example last night someone logged in on port S14
and this morning he was still logged in according to the details file-
no Accounting Stop record seen. I also run with syslog on and sure enough
in syslog there was just a login record but no logout record. A show sessions
on the portmaster itself revealed that port S14 was idle.
Has anybody else seen this type of behaviour? If you bill by the hour,
this can be very annoying (we don't but would still like the records to
be correct)
