Just an oddball question...
We had a private school express interest in getting bandwidth from us.
Originally, with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 I had planned for all of
my serial port ips to be in the network address of 208.132.119
Now if I subnet to a 255.255.255.224 subnet, I, if I figured this
correctly, should get 6 subnets with about 64 hosts per subnet. The
portmaster can only have 30 ports. My question is can I have 2 portmasters
have their serial ports share the same subnet? There's roughly 60 ips
avaliable in a subnet and if I tell one portmaster to take the lower 30
and tell the other portmaster to take the upper 60 I would think I would
be ok.... But will the portmaster os's let me do that?
