Consider your payback on the Telco costs, the MP/I is helping
you cut your telco costs in HALF over a stand alone I-Modem.
It depends on what BRI costs in your area and what your paying
per port for the I-Modem's vs the MP/I's but I'll bet you find
that your payback isn't as bad as it first appears.

The optimal solution of course is for Livingston to offer a PM3
BRI system....
