Any ideas?

I am taking over another PM2E and trying to get the passwd file moved to
radius. I've got he radius file setup with the users info and I have all of
the PM ports set with security on, but when I login as a users that is in
the radius file, it never gets thru. I see an error in the logfile that
the portmaster denied access due to the user not being valid. So its not
getting past the passwd file on the PM. I do have the PM setup for radius.

I've triple checked the users file and made sure no errors where in there
and it looks clean. Between each set of user info, I have a pound sign to
comment out the blank line. This should be OK even though there are no docs
that say you can't.

So does anyone have any ideas on what is happening or what I am missing? I
have one other PM that works fine and they are the same OS .
