Hi,
I also have experienced such error responses in the beginning of the
radiusd's installation.
It was happened when I disconnected the modems from the pm and then plug
them again. But when I rebooted the pm it could initialize the modems
again and working well. So if you have plugged or unplugged your modems
I think you have to reboot the pm first.
And if it still doesn't work try to restart the radiusd .
