does portmaster send acct info for on-demand location dial?

Does anyone know if the portmaster sends information to the radius
accounting server for on-demand (outgoing) location dial? I have had some
customers ask for this sort of thing, and I don't want to have to try it to
find out, and I'm reluctant to set these up if i have no way of tracking
the usage.

If this is in the docs somewhere, then I apologize, but I had trouble
finding it.
