Here is the entry in /etc/raddb/users:

isdnuser Password = "UNIX"
User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.0,
Framed-Routing = None,
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP,
Framed-Address = 208.130.151.XX0,
Framed-Route = "208.130.151.XX1 208.130.151.XX0 2",
Framed-Route = "208.130.151.XX2 208.130.151.XX0 2",
Framed-Route = "208.130.151.XX3 208.130.151.XX0 2",
Framed-Route = "208.130.151.XX4 208.130.151.XX0 2",
Framed-Route = "208.130.151.XX5 208.130.151.XX0 2",
Framed-Route = "208.130.151.XX6 208.130.151.XX0 2",
Framed-Route = "208.130.151.XX7 208.130.151.XX0 2",
Framed-Route = "208.130.151.XX8 208.130.151.XX0 2",
Framed-Route = "208.130.151.XX9 208.130.151.XX0 2",
Framed-MTU = 1500

It seems that everything is working fine, routing, etc, except that our
local network 208.130.151.* cannot seem to access the above addresses.
Any host outside of our class C can do so easily. No subnetting of any
kind was done. Can anyone give any clues, thanks.
