how to disconnect from a radius 2.0 menu ??

The doc is a bit sparse on this point. How does one actually implement a
radius menu item that will immediately terminate the connection ??

Diving thru the source and experience seem to indicate that a menu selection:

Termination-Action = default
or
Menu = "EXIT"

will result in a "send_reject" back to the PortMaster which shows up to the
user as "Invalid Login \n Login:". The user must then ^D to actually drop the
connection.

Is there anything like "send_disconnect" we could get the radius menu to send
back to the PortMaster to actually terminate the users session ??
