I do have the dictionaries merged, it's just that 2.0 and 2.01 don't like
the Ascend 242 ATTRIBUTE. I was told that 1.16 might. It doesn't. So I'm
still stuck for a solution to support single logon for both shell and PPP
while using filters for mail only accounts as well. For the Ascend I can
only use ATTRIBUTE 242 since the Max doesn't support ATTRIBUTE 11.
