Hi

I am trying to upgrade to 2.01 and to incorporate the new changes in 2.01.
I like to have as little down time as possible. One area that I need to
change is the DEFAULT on 1.16 users file. I have currently some users who
have Dedicated IP's , Some who have only Shell and the reset are PPP. Can I
use just the same users file as following:

Dedicated IP'S

dedip Password = "UNIX"
User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Idle-Timeout=9000,
Framed-Address = 206.135.76.247,
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.255,
Framed-Routing = None,
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP,
Framed-Filter-Id = "std.ppp.in",
Framed-MTU = 1500

shellusr Password = "UNIX"
User-Service-Type = Login-User,
Login-Host = Default
Login-Service = Rlogin

DEFAULT Password = "UNIX"
User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Idle-Timeout=900,
Framed-Address = 255.255.255.254,
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.255,
Framed-Routing = None,
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP,
Framed-Filter-Id = "std.ppp.in",
Framed-MTU = 1500

Can I replace the above DEFAULT with

DEFAULT Auth-Type = System,
Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-IP-Address = 255.255.255.254,
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP,
Framed-Filter-Id = "std.ppp.in",
Framed-MTU = 1500
And what about the other entries (shellusr and Dedicated IP's).

I appreciate all the input.

Thanks
