Look in /usr/lib. You should have the following:
-rw-rw-r-- 1 root root 78168 Jul 9 19:01 libdb.a
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 14 Mar 7 13:08 libdb.so -> libdb.so.2.0.0
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 10 May 10 01:45 libdb.so.1 -> libdb.so.2
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 10 May 10 01:46 libdb.so.1.0.0 -> libdb.so.2
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 18 Jul 22 23:58 libdb.so.2 -> libdb.so.2.0.0-old
-rw-rw-r-- 1 root root 58453 Jul 9 19:03 libdb.so.2.0.0
I don't remember if redhat comes with the 1.0->2.0 links.
