It is enabled.

It looks like some of the debug was missing. But I think the other end
wants US to chap to THEM when they dialin. That is not normal. We can
do it, but it is messy. It is also silly - they know they dialed us. The
best thing to do is get the dialing end to not ask us to auth ourselves to
them.
