That's a problem? Looks rather normal to me.
It means carrier was lost - could be trouble, sure - the line could
have been closed on the user. But normally it just means the user modem
hung up. *click* Carrier is lost.
Many, many dialers do not negotiate a disconnect - they just hang up.
