Re: (RADIUS) Anyone using Cistron Radius? Specifically: Simultaneous-Use? (fwd)

I skipped SNMP because my Total Controls don't work with the SNMP. God,
what a mistake, I wish I could get rid of the Total Controls but thats
another story.

I don't know much about SNMP otherwise I would have added in SNMP support
for Total Control. Can you supply code for SNMP to work with Total Control,
I'd be happy to move to it.

Once upon a time Jose de Leon shaped the electrons to say...
>perl script. I customized mine and don't use SNMP to check ports.

But SNMP is the important bit! Without SNMP Cistron has all the same
inherent problems as the other hacks! Relyign on RADIUS alone is NOT
a good idea, SNMP is there to fill in the holes in RADIUS and MUST be
used to have a complete solution.

That's why I keep recommending Cistron - they're the only ones who do it
right!
