Can ping PM, but not beyond?

OK. PM is on 199.242.25.0 net, it's assigning addresses from
204.68.201.0 net. User connects, everything looks peachy, but can't see
beyond the PM. PM sees everything just fine. This is my entry in the raddb:

DEFAULT Password = "UNIX"
User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-Address = 255.255.255.254,
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.255,
Framed-Routing = None,
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP,
Framed-MTU = 1500

Can anyone point me towards what's wrong?
