Your RADIUS entry looks fine. The problem is likely routing. Is your
PortMaster broadcasting a route for the 204.68.201.0 net onto your
ethernet and if so, are your other hosts on the ethernet listening for RIP?

On the PortMaster you can check the status of RIP on ether0 with
show ether0
ifconfig

It's broadcasting RIP if ifconfig does NOT include the flag PRIVATE or LISTEN.
