RADIUS NOSHADOW tip

Note that NOSHADOW means that the host doesn't have a shadow.h include
file, not that it doesn't have shadow passwords. For example, in
BSD/OS 2.0 shadow passwords are integrated into the getpwnam() call and
so you define -DNOSHADOW when compiling on BSD/OS 2.0.

Many of these kinds of system-specific gotchas are pointed out in
<ftp://ftp.livingston.com/pub/livingston/radius/radius.install>
which is a more up-to-date version of the INSTALL file that's included
in RADIUS.
