Yes,

You need to modify the radius source, check they mailing list archive.

You will find one method of doing it with the patches at
ftp.crocker.com:/pub/users/matthew/ get both files (users.c) & users

It will let you setup the users database file so used can add the service
at the end of their login name, (ie matthew.ppp for PPP, matthew.slip
for slip, matthew for rlogin)
