In general, that hasn't been my experience. At times, I have had to place
several calls to Cisco over a period of a few days to get a response to a
problem. In general, my experience with Livingston Customer Service has
been better than my experience with Cisco's.
Seems to me this exact thread (with the same comparisons) pops up every
few months... ;-)
