IRX114 -> UTA-220

This came up while talking to a vendor who was nice enough to say "dunno,
you better check" in the right places:

We are about to start testing dialup ISDN. I have heard alot of good
about the Motorola UTA-220 for use off the serial ports of a Portmaster
for serving single B channel access. Does/can it do 128k bonded in the
same config?

And, one can't help but notice the 3 sync ports on the back of the IRX
that are currently not in use. If a UTA-220 is hung of the sync port of
an IRX (64k sync), will it 'talk' reliably with say a Bitsurfer hanging
off a PC's async serial port feeding it at 115.2k async? if fed at 230.4k
async? If the UTA-220 is on the open T-1 sync port? 128k bonded with
same Bitsurfer?

Thanks in advance.
