Once upon a time Jeff Gong shaped the electrons to say...
>what is the role of in.pmd in life ? how does it interact with radius
>in solaris ?

in.pmd allows you to use the Portmaster login service. It doesn't interact
with Radius at all, if you have security on then Radius can be called, but
it is independent of in.pmd.

>where's the sources for in.pmd ? I know if I had them, I could answer

We have not, and will not, give out the source to in.pmd. Since it hooks
at a low level in to the ComOS we have judged that to be too great a security
risk.
