We ***<<<STRONGLY>>>*** advise against that. (Was that over the top? I
can never tell.) The 2e doesn't have a WAN port and you will be writing in
all the parts of the OS for the WAN port - and not writing in the parts
for the parrellel port. It is very likely that this will cause lots of
problems.
Nothing we can say for sure, it just makes us engineers cringe.
