Static IP Address Problem

I am still unable to set up an assigned address on the portmaster.
The entry I am using is...

username Password = "UNIX"
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Address = 205.246.16.32

When I do a show port on the portmaster it shows the netmask as
being 255.255.255.255. Doing a netstat -r gives #link1 as the
routing information for that address. Everythign seems to work
fine for default ppp users (their netmask is reported as 0.0.0.0
though) but not for static addresses. Any help? Thanks.
