Seems we have a bright boy on our hands. :-) Yes, but on the other hand
we support types can't (well, Livingston support types, anyway) just say,
"Sorry Mr. Customer, you didn't buy a supported computer so neener-neener
you don't get the upgrade! So, where we can't support, we service.

And yes, you have to give out the password, most folks just change it long
enough to get the upgrade completed - and in fact, if you just change the
password without saving it it will revert to your original after the reboot
required following the upgrade. For you folks that don't want to reboot
immediately that probably be the best idea, but you get the idea ...
