Ports not working

I have a similar problem, s20 through s29 on one of our pm2e's
won't attach nor recognize the carrier line, but if a modem is
connected a reset s2{0-9} works fine. Probable just a bad lot
of parts, no biggy. Livingston is on top of it for us.
Call livingston and someone will walk you through some tests over
the phone. If it turns out they can take care of it by shipping a new
card to ya, they will and I agree, the people at Livingston take care of
their customers from what I have been able to witness so far. That's
why we ordered 3 more of 'm.
