I figured that.. but I don't know why. hardware flow control is on.
eveything else seems to be working. The first 10 modems are USR v.34
28.8s and the next 10 are USR v.32 14.4 all are sportsters.

Does anyone see anything wrong with this setup?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't want customers to be
