Unfortunately, Livingston's dynamic IP address allocation doesn't allocate
IP addresses based upon the port. It simply allocates an IP address from
the starting point (set assigned) and counts upwards, then loops back
to the beginning.

It would be nice if the IP addresses corresponded with a given port
on a portmaster, makes it easy to troubleshoot users problems too.

(traceroute for instance would be much more meaningful)
