We do have a problem with ComOS 3.1.3 not liking some of the expansion cards.
In nearly all of the cases of an expansion card not working, it was that
problem. Downgrading to 3.1.2 fixes it, and so far reports are that 3.1.4
also fixes it.

If you are running 3.1.3, try upgrading (or downgrading, or both...). If
you are not running 3.1.3, have you called in about this?
