Definitely, any user that got 0.0.0.0 assigned to them would drop
immediately. Also, I forgot to mention, the 0.0.0.0 address was only being
assigned on ports higher than like S14 or so. All the ports lower than
some certain number were being assigned valid IP addresses [!?!?] while
above a certain port were getting the 0.0.0.0 assignment.
