Odd problem with PPP...

Hello,

We've just recently moved from our old dumb terminal servers to a PM2.
After the initial "upgrade to 3.3.2c1" problems, we've basically gotten
everything running nicely, except for a problem with PPP. Essentially, we
are experiencing serious problems with data transfer performance. Any
data coming from the local ether, through the pm, and out an async ppp
connection is being transferred at a hideously slow rate. The reverse is
not true, however; transfers across the PPP connection to the local ether
work fine.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, any possibilities on
fixing this? Relevant details: ComOS 3.3.2c1, PM2, 30 port, with sync
port connected to a leased 56kbps line. Incoming users are validated
with radius, and either initiate a PPP/SLIP/CSLIP connection on the pm, or
rlogin to a host on the local ether (in other words, a fairly common ISP
layout).
