Dear Sr/Madam,
We have a OR Router. This questions are about IPX communication.

In this example we like to connect one branch (office 1) with 4 PC, novell
4.1 and 1router but without novell server to a second branch (office 2)
with 5 PC, and another office portmaster router. The protocol will be IPX

both. The second will be available to connect to us, to the banks, ...

>As you see we want that a PC of office1 can connect to the Novel server
>that is in the office2. So attaches it.
Is it possible that when we start a PC (office1) and load the novell drivers
to attch to the Novell server that is in the other network?. To do this the
portmaster will detect that a PC are sending pakets to a server that is not
in this network, so it will call to a appropiate ISDN number (office2 ), the
office2 router will answer and will let connect to the server.

our
connections will be static

>2- who must define the IPX and IP gateway and which values
I see that because in a example in the book it defines the IP gateway like
the IP of the router.
>3- in IP is not necessary to define the IP network between the routers. In=
IPX
seems to be the opposite. In this example 0000F3. Is it necessary?=20
>if we have a PM2 with N connections from remote IPX networks, the IPX
network of the serial line is always the same (000000F3 in the example of
the book) or different (one for every remote connections)

>4-In the location table :
Script :expect =3DDCD=3D : in spain too ??

your
routers's password ?

Thank you very much for all your help and time.

Very Sincerely,
