5BRI <-> Combinet 2060D (now Cisco)

I'm having some trouble getting a Combinet 2060D ISDN router (Combinet was
purchased by Cisco) to connect to a PM2e with 5BRI card. The debug output
is shown below, and the third line suspiciously describes a "Bad PPP Address".
Anybody know what exactly that "Bad PPP Address" message means and/or can
make any sense from the debug dump?

Here is also my radius entry for that client router. The entire class C
should be routed to him. Is there something obvious I'm missing? Any ideas
would be greatly appreciated!!!
