Yeah, I'm pretty sure we'll do that. As you point out, it's a very
common ordering scheme.

There's also the European market to consider - they get more channels
on a PRI than we do. (Granted, we're working up different modem cards
for them to provide more complete modem-to-channel coverage, but it
still bears pointing out.)
