Well,
Considering you are using junk modems I can see that. Our
per-port-cost when you count PM2e-30, + 30 serial cables + 30 phone line
installs + 30 Modems (MultiTech ore USR Total Control) is about
$650-700/port and the cabling is a mess. $355/port is pretty good for a
box that can do 28.8k and ISDN on each port.
If I add up the cost above + a PM2e-101-30 (to get the ISDN capability) I
would be WAAAY above $1000/port
