Format for RADIUS user

Been fiddling with this one for a bit, mainly we just use the DEFAULT
user in the RADIUS table to do dynamic IP via PPP (authenticating from our
Unix host) but now I'd like to throw some shell accounts in there.

I was holding out for RADIUS 2.0 but...

So, if I want to add in a user that authenticates his password from the unix
host but instead of getting assigned an IP, gets telnetted or rlogin'd to
a different unix host what would the fields in the users table be ?
