Heres what I use... I don't know if I sent this one to you before...

Works wonders for me. Everything connects. Check to see if you have any
hiss or buzz (crosstalk too) in your lines, the USR's seem to coredump in
their pants (as does every other cheap ultra-consumer-grade modems)...

Hope this helps. Also, I have run at 115.2k, but I noticed I was getting
more disconnects. Most of my customers are only running 38.4k or 57.6k
DTE, so I figured it was OK.
