We had the same problem on one of our boxes and upgraded it to 3.3.2c1.
Since that it looks ok. The fix is/was available at ftp.livingston.com
as /pub/ts/pm2_3.3.2c1. The ts directory is unreadable (ls/dir doesn't
work there) so you should use the exact name in get command.

As far as I understand this is "technical support" patch to be installed
only if advised by Livingston, but I saw many references to this patch
fixing reboot problems that I beleive it got status of "normal" image.

It's still not in /pub/le/upgrades though (just checked).
