We are in an area that is service by Ameritech and only Ameritech
(Columbus, OH). Here is the pricing for PRI service:

Installation Fees per PRI:

Base T1 portion: $387.50
PRI portion $2000.00

Ongoing fees for 1 PRI 23B+D: (Monthly with no contract term)

Base T1 portion $166.50 (This will of course vary based on locale)
PRI portion $450.00

In my opinion, this is very attractive pricing except for the enormous
install fee of $2000. This fee would be $4000 if you were to get 2 PRI
even at the exact same time to do 47B+D.
