DEFAULT Password = "UNIX"
User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-Address = 255.255.255.254,
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.255,
Framed-Routing = None,
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP,
Framed-Filter-Id = "std.ppp",
Framed-MTU = 1500
However, I'm running into the problem that the Portmasters are not liking
the RADIUS entry suggested by a USR Dealer (Internoc):
DEFAULT Password = "UNIX"
User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.0
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP
Framed-MTU = 1500
The big problem is that some users are not being assigned IP addresses - the
login procedure just hangs. Some users are having to log in 5-10 times
before they get an IP assigned. It doesn't seem to be operating system
related - equal numbers of 95 and 3.1 users are having this problem.
Is it the commas? Is it any line which is absolutely required (and missing)?
Is it even RADIUS? Many thanks for any suggestions.
