FR RS232 port not functioning in 3.3.2? (fwd)

One thing to check - the FLASH layout under 3.3.2 and up is different from
3.3.1, the ports mainly effected at S0, P0, and W1. So some of the
configuration may not have carried over properly in the upgrade - double
check the port.

Other than that there is no known problem with FR under 3.3.2c1, and many
sites are running it. But I never ask sites if they are using RS-232 or
V.35 so I don't know that they are on RS-232, but it really shouldn't matter.
