PM3/Radius Question

The PM3 looks as if it is the solution I have been looking for, but I
have one concern I have not seen addressed.

We currently charge a different rate for modem dial-up and ISDN dial-up. We
keep them isolated by running seperate radius servers for each. How will
I be able to keep modem users from using ISDN if everything is in one box?
