Once upon a time Jessa Q. Tee shaped the electrons to say...
>I'll be setting up our network soon and i would like to verify if there
>will be no problem connecting the PM-2ER to the serial port of the cisco
>4700-M using Livingston's serial cable.

You mean you are coming to connect the PM-2ERs to the Cisco directly with
a cable? Or are those links WAN links on a leased line? If it is
directly - what port? W1? In that case, does the Cisco provide clock -
because we require external clock...

>The network will look this:
>
> internet
> |
> | s0
> Cisco 4700-M (Head Office)
> |s1 |
> | ----- PM-2ER
> PM-2ER (dial-up point # 2)
> (dial-up point # 1)

>The connection from PM-2ER to Cisco 4700-M will be PPP.
