Who makes the PM3 modems anyway?

We have been talking quite a bit about the new PM3 and what it will have,
what it will do and so forth. Maybe I missed it but has anyone asked who
actually makes the modems in these units? I would tend to think that
Livingston is buying them from someone rather than manufacturing them. Who
is it? Are they used in any other products from other vendors?
