I had a case like this with another ISP. ON a hunch I checked the DNS
enteries and the reverse enteries for the dialup IP addresses. It seems
that some servers REQUIRE a DNA entery and some REQUIRE a matching
reverse IP entry. When those where added to the primary DNS tables and
propagated, the connects worked just fine!!
