Framed-Address = aaa.bbb.ccc.100,
Framed-Route = "aaa.bbb.ccc.101 aaa.bbb.ccc.100 1"

That means 101 is reachable via 100.

Which sounds like what you are asking - having the NT box at the far end
us 2 IPs.
