The only question I can't find an answer to is comparing the Ascend
bandwidth - on - demand and the PM3.

Will the PM3 add/drop channels like the Ascend, or is the MPP support
only enough to allow 2 B's on the initial call, and it can't drop
the 2nd channel?

My only concern about the PM3 is it's new. And UUNet and MSN
use MAX's...

On the otherhand, my Livingston equipment *never* needs to be
rebooted and is the most stable equipment I own.

And the PM3 is a more reasonable price-per-port, as you explained
quite nicely.

Damn, decisions, decisions....
