We are using the 5 BRI card for dialup ISDN. It verifies the
username and password from a UNIX passwd file via a RADIUS server.
However, there are a few accounts that needed a static IP which we
added them into the user table to support (RADIUS had problems with
this, so we never bothered with it).

A few users are in the user table. The bulk are in the RADIUS
file via the UNIX password database. I can just add the line to
this stanza, right? I believe we had problems with things like this
before.

Well, we use RADIUS, and it has been so buggy that we basically
do not have the option. If it wasn't so buggy, I would agree with
you 100%. RADIUS is a really slick way of doing things.
