[PM 2e] Memory problem?

We are running a model PM 2e with 20 serial ports and 5 BRIs.
Current ComOS is 3.3.2, current memory configuration is

System memory 1048576 bytes - 957016 used, 91560 available

I've noticed that the PM loses configuration data of the 2nd
BRI after an reboot. :-( (Yes, I did "save all" after config
and before reboot).

Is a memory upgrade necessary?
